CANCELLATION DEADLINES with NO PENALTY:

– up to 5 days before the date of arrival for stays between 26.05 – 08.06 / 25.09 – 30.09.2023
– up to 7 days before the date of accommodation for stays in the periods 09.06 – 15.06 / 18.09 – 24.09.2023
– up to 10 days before the date of arrival for stays between 16.06 – 22.06 / 08.09 – 17.09.2023
– up to 12 days before the date of arrival for stays between 23.06 – 29.06 / 28.08 – 07.09.2023
– up to 14 days before the date of arrival for stays between 30.06 – 13.07 / 14.08 – 27.08.2023
– up to 16 days before the date of arrival for stays between 14.07 – 13.08.2023

Outside the specified periods, penalties are payable per season as follows:

– Low season 26.05. – 08.06. / 25.09. – 30.09.2023 : Penalty of 7% of the total value of the reservation
– Promotional season June 9 – 15.06. / 18.09. – 24.09.2023 : Penalty of 10% of the total booking price
– Mid season 16.06. – 22.06. / 08.09. – 17.09.2023 : Penalty of 20% of the total booking price
– Mid season 23.06. – 29.06. / 28.08. – 07.09.2023 : Penalty of 30% of the total booking price
– High season – 30.06. – 13.07. / 14.08. – 27.08.2023 : Penalty of 40% of the total booking amount
– Peak season 14.07. – 13.08.2023: Penalty of 50% of the total booking amount

In case of no-show or early departure, paid but unused services will not be refunded.
In case of force majeure circumstances, such as lockdown – closure of resorts, hotels, cities or positive Covid-19 (upon presentation of a test) – i.e. only if for these reasons you are unable to use the reservation made, then your deposit will be fully refunded.

Check-in time is after 3 p.m. on the date of arrival.

The HOTELIER does not guarantee accommodation for guests before this time. Early check-in is possible only if occupancy at the time allows (i.e., the room has already been vacated, cleaned, and disinfected) for a fee of 10 BGN per hour, or if there are promotional conditions in this regard.

heck-out time is until 12:00 noon on the date of departure.

The HOTEL may allow later check-out for a fee of BGN 10 per hour, if occupancy at the time allows, or if there are promotional conditions in this regard.
